Original is always in style.
Not far from the artist's residence, a row of cherry trees are planted along the street. Opposite, a resident has planted wisteria to grow on a fence. The artist has captured this scene in a early spring morning. Missing only are the school children who might be standing where the shadow meets the sun. Oh, here they come... just around the corner! ('Wisteria and Pine' was painted at this same location in 2002.)
