Shipping & Returns

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Cards and prints are shipped separate from paintings.  Fixed shipping and handling rate of $7.00 

Paintings are priced exclusive of shipping, so you can make fair consideration of the value of the work.  Shipping and handling costs are shown in the shopping cart.  Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, destination and shipping method (ground or expedited).  Shipping costs are prepaid at time of purchase.

All artwork is carefully packed and shipped with a common carrier (e.g., UPS, Federal Express, USPS).

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is damage, report damage to the carrier before accepting receipt, and contact us immediately -- within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.

What is your return policy?

Feedback from our clients tells us that the actual art work exceeds the viewing experience of the images you see online. We do our utmost to display images with clarity and color accuracy so you can make good final selections.  However, if you are not satisfied with your painting, you can return it within 10 days of delivery, professionally packed in original packing materials and container, insured, and shipped with tracking number. Please contact us for details.  You will be responsible for all return costs and insurance.  We do not accept returns sent C.O.D.

After receipt and inspection that the artwork and framing is in its original condition, a credit or refund for the purchase price, exclusive of shipping, will be credited.

Prints and cards are not returnable.

Please contact us about shipping internationally.  At this time, given the variety of tax and customs requirements, automatic shipping is not enabled outside the United States.
